By using this website and/or placing an order, the visitor/customer agrees to the policies outlined in full below:

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

I want customers to be happy with their purchases, so I will gladly accept returns.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and explain the reason you would like to return your order, and we will provide the necessary mailing address.

Please ship back item(s) within 30 days of delivery in the original gift box in new, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund of the full purchase price, less shipping, which the customer is responsible for paying.

PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING AND/OR DELIVERY

We use the USPS with tracking for shipping. Most packages, depending on size and weight, are sent either First Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage, although we will occasionally use Priority Mail for some packages. International orders are generally sent using First Class Package International service.

International packages may have a tax or import/duty fee that the customer must pay upon the arrival of an order in their country. Please be aware that this fee is charged by the customer's country and is therefore the customer's responsibility to pay. While we do our best to properly fill out the necessary customs forms, we can't guarantee there won't be a tax or a fee.

At times packages are refused or unclaimed by a customer. In cases like this, if an item makes it back to us, it is subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping will not be refunded. If the item never makes it back to Kell's Creations, LLC, we are not responsible for a refund.

We do our very best to package orders so that they will arrive safely and securely at their destination. However, accidents and negligence beyond our control do occur. Therefore, in the case of a package damaged by the USPS or international shipper, which also results in damage to the item(s) within, please contact us via email and provide pictures of the damaged package and item(s). Depending on the damage and the insurance coverage, I will work with the customer in order to make the order right. If there is damage to the packaging only, including the gift box, but the item inside is not damaged, we can't offer a refund. 

Legally, as the seller Kell's Creations, LLC is responsible for a package during transit until it is marked "delivered" by the USPS to the customer's address. Once the package is marked "delivered," our responsibility ends. So if the customer has had problems with porch or mail theft, it would be a good idea to upgrade shipping service to require a signature at the time of delivery. This is something we can provide for a few extra dollars to be paid by the customer. 

PRIVACY

The Kell's Creations, LLC privacy policy detailed below describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Kell's Creations, LLC. Many of these privacy policies are connected to the use of the Shopify platform in order to run this shop, others are for nternal use to conduct business and offer customer service. At no time will Kell's Creations, LLC intentionally spam you, nor will we or sell or give your personal information to a third party, except as required by law. Nor will we personally use it except by your authorized permission to fulfill orders or to email you about specials, sales, or for reasons of legitimate customer interaction. If at any time you wish to cease communication with Kell's Creations, LLC, you may request to opt out of correspondence with us, and we will honor that request.

In regards to the use of the Shopify platform to run this store, Shopify's legal policies can be found here, https://www.shopify.com/legal under "Privacy & Data Protection," and this may include information that we at Kell's Creations don't personally have access to as a merchant using the Shopify platform. Below are a few policies that pertain to our interaction with customers:

    When you visit thisshop or interact with the services provided by this shop, we receive Personal Information which may include the following categories:

    1. Profile and Contact Information: This may include name, shipping address, email address, profile picture, or other information you choose to provide. 
    2. If you choose to link, connect, or login to Shopify Consumer Services through a third party online service, you direct the service to send us certain information about you controlled by that service, such as profile information. This sharing is subject to the applicable privacy notices and your privacy settings of that service.

We may share your personal information with third parties, but only as outlined above, such as through your use of the Shopify platform in order to browse or order from Kell's Creations, LLC. We may also use Google Analytics, which helps us to understand how visitors and customers use the site.   2. If another third party requests your personal information, we will refuse to share it unless you give permission or unless we are legally required to do so. If we are legally required to share your personal information, we will tell you in advance, unless we are legally forbidden to do so.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

From time to time we may update the information on this page to reflect any changes in our practices, or when required by legal or regulatory reasons.
