Art Nouveau and woodland come together in this wire wrapped pendant featuring a purple Czech pressed glass leaf bead, coupled with green and frosted lavender seed beads that adorn the free-flowing copper wire setting. The chevron or dog tooth amethyst bead, with its characteristic white quartz design, is fairly large, about 1 1/2 inches tall and wide, and shaped like a square diamond. The neck cord is supple mesh fabric ribbon in shades of purple and green that flow into each other like ombre, and the ribbon has a lustrous sheen. I forged the swan neck hook and eye clasp from copper wire. To match the pendant, a purple Czech glass leaf bead dangles from the hand forged clasp, adding a whimsical and romantic finishing detail.
